It's crucial to price your house properly to maximize the likelihood that there will be competing buyers bidding against each other. Setting the price too high or low discourages this. As one of the most active teams in the Washington DC area, we have the most up to date information on current prices at our command, often before it is published. Our listings sell on average in 1 week at or above the asking price, resulting in extremely pleased sellers.
